NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Newland Communities has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit and Final Site and Building Plan approval for a project called Stonemill Farms 14th Addition. The applicant is requesting to construct 46 twinhome units on 14.45 acres. The property is generally located to the south of Harness Road and east of Settlers Ridge Parkway. The property is zoned R-4 Urban Residential and is guided as Low Density Residential on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Stonemill Farms Section Eight and Nine, Outlot A

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
