Woodbury Athlete of the Week: Ryan Fritze

Ryan Fritze had the hot hand for Woodbury last week as the Royals boys basketball team continued to surge ahead.

    After dropping a team-high 17 points to beat Hastings, Woodbury senior forward Ryan Fritze netted a game-high 22 points in a win over River Falls.

Ryan Fritze had the hot hand for Woodbury last week as the Royals boys basketball team continued to surge ahead. After dropping a team-high 17 points to beat Hastings, Fritze, a senior forward, netted a game-high 22 points in a win over River Falls. With the wins, the Royals kept their Suburban East Conference unbeaten streak alive and improved their overall record to 12-2. On the year, Fritze is fourth on the Royals in scoring with a 10.3 points per game average. Woodbury is ranked ninth in Class AAAA.
