This morning’s light but steady dropping of snow has led to a steady – but heavy – number of metro area crashes, including in Woodbury.
Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Eric Roeske reported there were 177 crashes statewide between 5 and 10 a.m. Friday, according to his Twitter post.
“With high volume of crashes/calls we will post info as best we can,” he wrote on Twitter.
Local crashes included a multi-car wreck on northbound 494 just south of Valley Creek Road, where at least two vehicles had left the road.
