NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILTY EASEMENTS PREVIOUSLY RECORDED ACROSS LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 1, LAKE WILMES 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING THE TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF,

CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate certain dedicated drainage and utility easements on LAKE WILMES 3RD ADDITION, described as follows:

The 5-foot drainage and utility easement along the Southeasterly line of Lot 1, and the 5-foot drainage and utility easement along the Northwesterly line of Lot 2, all in Block 1, Lake Wilmes 3rd Addition, according to the plat thereof, City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota, at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at 7:30 p.m.
