The East Ridge boys hockey team fell 7-2 to Eastview and 4-0 to Hastings in a pair of games last week.

East Ridge opened the week with a five-goal loss to Section 3AA foe Eastview on Thursday, Dec. 8, at Eastview, before being shutout by Hastings on Saturday, Dec. 10, in a Suburban East Conference game at Cottage Grove Ice Arena.

Up 3-2, Eastview (3-1) scored four-straight goals – two in the first 3:38 of the third period – to take over the game.

In the loss to Hastings, East Ridge outshot the Raiders (2-3; 2-1 SEC) 27-25, but it was the road team that won the game on the scoreboard.
