GUARANTEED ENERGY

SAVINGS CONTRACT

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, during their regular meeting of December 14, 2011, will be considering awarding a Guaranteed Energy Savings contract, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 471.345 Subd.13(b), to Energy Alternatives Solar, LLC in the amount of $290,466. The purpose of the contract is to construct and commission a photovoltaic solar system on the Public Safety Building to reduce energy usage and cost.
