Giovanni Edunjobi, 22, Minneapolis, by Woodbury police, domestic assault by strangulation, domestic assault.
Robin Giwoyna, 29, Woodbury, by Forest Lake police, domestic assault, obstructing the legal process.
Gina Mattei Henke, 21, St. Paul, by sheriff, Woodbury warrant for disorderly conduct.
Marvin Smith, 57, St. Paul, by Woodbury police, theft.
