Christopher Flaherty-Brill, 22, Lake Elmo, by Woodbury police, theft; released.
Freddie Lockett Jr., 37, St. Paul, sentenced for Woodbury theft conviction.
George Shelton, 36, Bloomington, sentenced for Woodbury fleeing an officer conviction.
Jeremy Trinidad, 28, St. Paul, by Woodbury police, violating domestic abuse no contact order, disorderly conduct.
Jennifer Wicker, 30, Stillwater, by self, Woodbury warrant for terroristic threats.
