NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northern Tier Energy/SuperAmerica has submitted an application for an Interim Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is requesting to install an electronic display sign at their 9910 Norma Lane location. The property is zoned B-2, General Business District and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Lot 1, Block 1, Signorelli Addition

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
