TITLE: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PROVIDING THAT THE CITY CODE BE AMENDED BY AMENDING CHAPTER 11, LICENSES, PERMITS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS BY AMENDING ARTICLE VI PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS
SUMMARY OF WOODBURY ORDINANCE NO. 1842
Ordinance No. 1842 amends Chapter 11, License, Permits and Miscellaneous Business Regulations, Article VI, Peddlers and Solicitors. This Article regulates and sets forth definitions, exceptions to definitions, license registration required, license exemptions, license ineligibility, suspension revocation, transferability, badges and identification, registration process, prohibited activities, exclusion placard, and trespassing regarding solicitors and peddlers within the City of Woodbury.
Please Note: This title and "Summary of an Ordinance of the City of Woodbury Amending the Woodbury City Code by Amending Chapter 11, Licenses, Permits and Miscellaneous Business regulations by amending Article VI regulating Solicitors and Peddlers clearly informs this public of the intent and effect of the ordinance and conforms with Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191 and Section 331A.01, SUBD. 10.
