The Woodbury Public Safety Department marked the opening of its new garage Wednesday with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony administered by city officials. Mayor Mary Giuliani Stephens drove a squad car through yellow police tape to “break in” to the new facility that was completed several weeks ahead of schedule.
