Bump, set, spike: East Ridge hosts volleyball camp

Roughly 150 girls participated in this year’s East Ridge volleyball camp, which was broken into two groups — one for grades four to eight and one for grades nine to 12.
East Ridge High School and Raptors head coach Lindsay Ashburn played host to the 2011 East Ridge High School volleyball camp this week.
The camp, held June 27 to 29 at “The Perch,” stressed the fundamentals and strategies essential to the game of volleyball. The camp was for girls in grades four to 12 and was broken into two groups — one for grades four to eight and one for grades nine to 12.
