NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Newland Communities has submitted an application for Preliminary Plat approval for a project called Stonemill Farms 10th and 11th Additions. The applicant is requesting to plat 59 single family units on 17.9 acres. The property is generally located to the south of Lake Road and east of Settlers Ridge Parkway. The property is zoned R-4 Urban Residential and is guided as Low Density on the Land Use Plan.

The applicant is requesting to plat 59 single family units on 17.9 acres. The property is generally located to the south of Lake Road and east of Settlers Ridge Parkway. The property is zoned R-4 Urban Residential and is guided as Low Density on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Lot 4, Block 7, Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 8 and Outlot G, Stonemill Farms 5th Addition and Outlot U, Stonemill Farms 3rd Addition, according to the recorded plats thereof both in Washington County, Minnesota.
Together with that part of Redwood Curve/Walnut Lane as dedicated on Stonemill Farms 5th Addition, as according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 4, Block 7, said Stonemill Farms 5th Addition thence south 36 degrees 53 minutes 17 seconds east, assuming the northeasterly line of said Lot 4 bears south 36 degrees 53 minutes 17 seconds east, a distance of 60.19 feet to the southerly right of way line of said Redwood Curve and said line there terminating.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
