Because Joel A. Montpetit broke promises in his $300,000.00 Note dated October 7, 2010, Arnold M. Ranta will exercise his right to sell Stock Certificate No. 137 of Bayport Marina Association, Inc., as granted to him in that certain Stock Pledge Agreement dated October 7, 2010.

The sale will be held as follows:

The sale of Stock Certificate No. 137 of Bayport Marina Association, Inc. will be at public sale. A sale could include a license or lease.

You may attend the sale and bring bidders if you want.

The money that is received from the sale (after paying costs of sale) will reduce the amount that Joel A. Montpetit owes under the Note. If less money is received than he owes, he will still owe the difference. If more money is received than is owed, Judy Montpetit will get the extra money unless it must be paid to someone else.
