CITY OF WOODBURYNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Our City Our Neighborhood Church has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is requesting to lease property for office use, meeting space and a place of worship for a maximum of 100 members. The property is located in the Century Office Park located south of Hudson Road and east of Century Avenue. The property is zoned B-2 General Business and is guided as Places to Work on the Land Use Plan.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Our City Our Neighborhood Church has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit. The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Lot F, K, G, H, and I of RLS #55

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
