What’s your favorite sports memory?
Winning our first game in the history of the school. It was so cool to be the first team to do that.
Do you have one individual performance at a game that sticks out as being a great one?
It’s hard for me to evaluate myself every game and say I played great or I played bad but any game that we had a quality team win I would consider it a good game.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I don’t have any rituals that I follow every game, but I love to be around my team and just think through the game plan about how we can win.
What do you like to do off the court?
I love to hang out with friends, volunteer in the community, be with my family and workout at Lifetime.
What’s your favorite TV show?
I love the ESPN 30-for-30 specials. The stories they put on there are always so heartwarming and they show you a side of sports you rarely get to see. It always makes me appreciate all that I have and the abilities I have been given.
Who’s your favorite athlete?
Kevin Love. He is so dedicated to the game and always bettering himself as an athlete. He thinks everything through and has an awesome philosophy on rebounding. He’s an overall great basketball player.
What’s your favorite sports team? (besides your own)
The Wisconsin Badgers men’s football team. I love to watch them play because they have so much discipline and respect for the sport that they play.
What’s your favorite sport?
My favorite sport is basketball. Second favorite is volleyball. They are both really fun and require a huge amount of team participation.
What are your future goals?
I hope to attend college and major in pre-med, then go on to medical school somewhere and become a pediatric oncologist.
What advice do you have for young players?
Always play your hardest and love what you do. Take advantage of all the opportunities that you have and enjoy every second of it!
