What’s your favorite sports memory?
Winning our section and going to state for soccer at East Ridge and then going to state for hockey in U14 A’s.
Do you have one individual performance at a game that sticks out as being a great one?
I don’t have a specific situation, but I think that I do well when I make the right plays, get looks at the net and do my job on defense.
Do you have one individual performance at a game that sticks out as being a bad one?
No, not one specific bad performance, but I think of times when I could have done more on the ice and when our team loses.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
Yes, I have to re-tape my stick before every game, listen to my iPod, eat and drink a pop before every game.
What do you like to do off the ice?
I like to hang out with my friends. We always have fun whether we are going to a cabin, playing sports or just hanging out.
What’s your favorite movie?
“Avatar” and “Despicable Me,” because they are funny and really good movies.
Who’s your favorite athlete?
I do not have a specific favorite athlete but I like to watch pro and college hockey games, because they are all so good and it is such a fast paced good game.
What’s your favorite sports team? (besides your own)
The Eagles. It is a Special Olympic hockey team that I help out with during the season. They have so much fun on the ice they remind me of why I started to play in the first place.
What’s your favorite sport?
Hockey and soccer. I love both of these because they are so competitive and fun to play.
What are your future goals?
To go to River Falls, play hockey and study to become a teacher.
What advice do you have for young players?
Have fun and enjoy the game because it really does go by fast.
