Mackey, Reckinger get married

Jamie Reckinger and Glen Mackey were married on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, near New Richmond, Wis.

Jamie, a 1998 graduate of Woodbury High School, has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in transportation engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

She is a transportation engineer working at PBS&J in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Glen graduated from North Cross School in Roanoke, Va. in 1999.

He received a bachelor’s degree in near eastern studies from Johns Hopkins University. After college, he served in the U.S. Army for four years and deployed for a one-year tour in Iraq.

He received his master’s degree in geology from the University of Texas at Austin, and is currently studying for a doctorate in geology at the University of Utah.

Jamie and Glen, along with their dog Jaelea, live in Salt Lake City.
