Steve and Rita Hallstrom of Woodbury announce the engagement of their daughter Jaclyn to Mark Tarman, son of Jerry and Sue Tarman of Mora, Minnesota.

Steve and Rita Hallstrom of Woodbury announce the engagement of their daughter Jaclyn to Mark Tarman, son of Jerry and Sue Tarman of Mora, Minnesota.   Jaclyn is a 2004 graduate of Woodbury High School and Mark is a 2003 graduate of Mora High School.  Both are graduates of Bethel University.  Mark is currently employed by EPSN.  A wedding is planned for April 2011 in Minneapolis.
