NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodbury is proposing amendments to Chapter 24, Zoning, of the Woodbury City Code amending Article I, In General, Section 24-3, Definitions, to revise definitions of agricultural use, kennel and livestock and amending Article V, Supplemental District Regulations, Division 3, Specific Land Use Performance Standards, Section 24-301 regulating agricultural uses.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodbury is proposing amendments to Chapter 24, Zoning, of the Woodbury City Code amending Article I, In General, Section 24-3, Definitions, to revise definitions of agricultural use, kennel and livestock and amending Article V, Supplemental District Regulations, Division 3, Specific Land Use Performance Standards, Section 24-301 regulating agricultural uses.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
