NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet in the Woodbury City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek Road in said city on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. to consider issuing an On Sale Intoxicating liquor license including Patio and Sunday Sales to Ray J's Woodbury, Inc. dba Ray J's American Grill for their restaurant located at
