Joan A. Singer, 74, has passed away.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, at the Church of the Assumption, 51 W. Seventh St., St. Paul. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday, March 15, at Wulff Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, and 1 hour prior to Mass at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred to the Cancer Society.
