CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate a public utility easement as shown and dedicated within Lot 2, Block 1, THE CONLIN DIVISION, according to the recorded Document No. 545400 on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, described as follows:

The north 10.00 feet of the south 20.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, THE CONLIN DIVISION, Washington County Minnesota, being a part of the property as described in Document No. 545400, as recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 7:30p.m.
