2010 Roadway Rehabilitation Project

CASTLES WOODBURY ESTATES, SCHOOL DRIVE, WILD CANYON ESTATES, WILD CANYON RIDGE, WOODBURY MEADOWS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed construction of the 2010 Roadway Rehabilitation Project - Castles Woodbury Estates, School Drive, Wild Canyon Estates, Wild Canyon Ridge, and Woodbury Meadows.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at 7:30 P.M. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed construction of the 2010 Roadway Rehabilitation Project - Castles Woodbury Estates, School Drive, Wild Canyon Estates, Wild Canyon Ridge, and Woodbury Meadows, for the benefit of the following:

Castles Woodbury Estates

All parcels located adjacent to Crown Lane; all within the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.

School Drive

All parcels located adjacent to the east side of School Drive, between Upper Afton Road and Valley Creek Road; all within the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.

Wild Canyon Estates

All parcels located adjacent to Wild Canyon Drive, Wild Canyon Trail, Wild Canyon Circle, Wild Canyon Court, Howkins Road, and Century Avenue; all within the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.

Wild Canyon Ridge

All parcels located adjacent to Crackleberry Trail, Crackleberry Court, Crackleberry Bay, and Crackleberry Alcove; all within the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.

Woodbury Meadows

All parcels located adjacent to Garden Court, Garden Drive, Deer Trail, Deer Trail Circle, and Fawn Trail Circle; all within the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.

The estimated cost of said improvements is $1,897,100. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
