Dads and daughters invited to Cinderella Swing dance
Feb. 18 at Woodbury Middle School
The Cinderella Swing, an annual daddy/daughter dance for girls ages 4 –12 and their escorts, will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 at Woodbury Middle School, 1425 School Drive. Doors open at 6 p.m. for dining.
Girls and their dad, uncle, grandpa, older adult brother or favorite family friend will dance to live music performed by the “Dweebs.” Princess attire is recommended for girls, but not required.
A photo keepsake, princess trinkets and food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Royal Refreshments available for purchase at the event include “Princess Pronto Pups, Tantalizing Chicken Tenders, Marvelous Mac and Cheese and sweets from the Royal Bakery” and more.
Two new princesses will be introduced, including Ariel from The Little Mermaid and Tiana from The Princess and the Frog.
Improved off-site parking will include an additional coach bus with a princess escort on board.
Tickets cost $25 per couple if registration is made by Friday, Feb. 5; $35/couple for registration after that date but by Friday, Feb. 12; $45 for registration received on or after Saturday, Feb. 13; and $5 for each additional child. Registration will close when capacity has been reached. Tickets must be purchased in advance – no ticket sales at the door.
