Five Oaks Church, 4416 Radio Drive, Woodbury, will host a two-part “Couples Checkup Conference” from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 30 and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 1. The cost for early bird registration is $39 for individuals, $75 for couples; and after Jan. 31 the cost is $59 and $95 respectively.
According to organizers, the marriage enrichment event will reinforce relationship strengths and provide “specific direction for how you can grow in your relationship with increased intimacy and satisfaction.”
Prior to the event, individuals or couples complete an online relationship profile to receive a confidential analysis of their relationship strengths and growth areas. The conference presentations integrate Biblical principles with research findings.
Presenter Ron L. Deal, a member of the Couple Checkup Research Team, “is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional counselor.”
