Royals win, Raptors lose in the poolWoodbury tops Park as East Ridge falls to Stillwater in boys swimming and diving meets on Tuesday.
The Woodbury boys swimming and diving team claimed a 107-78 victory over Park in their intra-district dual meet at Woodbury High School on Tuesday night, while East Ridge lost its head-to-head matchup at Stillwater by a 98-80 count.
Woodbury officially won eight of 12 races. The Royals also won the other two relays (200-yard freestyle and I.M.) of the competition.
Individually, Victor Lugg won the 100- and 200-yard freestyle events, with Jordan Heir claiming the 100-yard butterfly and Greg Norsten winning the 500-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke. Andy Dixon easily won the diving competition off the 1-meter board.
