Raptors gymnasts win first meet
East Ridge tops Mounds View for initial victory.

The East Ridge gymnastics team earned its first-ever victory as the Raptors defeated Mounds View, 136.1-126.9, in a SEC dual meet at ERHS on Thursday, Jan. 7.
Leah Robinette also earned individual all-around honors for the hosts with a score of 36.725.
Robinette logged a 9.5 on the vault, 9.4 on the uneven bars, 8.6 on the balance beam and a 9.225 in floor exercise to take first overall.
East Ridge’s Kelly McKenzie was second individually with an all-around score of 34.95.
The Raptors host Cretin-Derham Hall on Thursday, January 14.
