Margaret Daniels and Nathan Porter

Margaret Emily Daniels and Nathan Thomas Porter were married on Friday, June 19, 2009 at South Suburban Evangelical Free Church in Apple Valley. Pastors Warren Coe and Henry Williams officiated.

A reception followed at the Union Depot in St. Paul.

Nathan’s brothers, Jake and Sam Porter, were his best men and Molly’s sisters, Carrie Dunnette and Kim Thorson, were her matrons of honor.

Other attendants were Jared and Caitlyn Bangs, Ben and Anne Daniels, Kiley Stavnes, Zach Ludvigson, Jay Higgins and Rob Wilkie.

Nathan, son of Mark and Jane Porter, is a 2004 graduate of Woodbury High School and a 2008 graduate of Bethel University. He is currently a math teacher and a football/track coach at Fridley High School.

Molly is from Storm Lake, Iowa and is the daughter of Dr. Tim Daniels and the late Anita Daniels. She is also a 2008 graduate of Bethel University and is currently a labor/delivery nurse at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) in Minneapolis.

Molly and Nathan (and dog, Scout) reside in Columbia Heights.
