No injuries in Dec. 8 bus accident
Neither driver nor approximately 50 children aboard a school bus reported injuries in a two-vehicle crash in the early hours of the season’s first snow storm last week.
Neither driver nor approximately 50 children aboard a school bus reported injuries in a two-vehicle crash in the early hours of the season’s first snow storm last week.
According to Woodbury police, a Hyundai Sonata driven by Scott Cornelius, Woodbury, collided with a School District 622 bus driven by Angelene Zick, Maplewood, on Woodbine Avenue just east of Century Avenue. The crash was reported at 3:03 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8.
The school children were transferred to another bus. District 622 includes Maplewood, Oakdale and North St. Paul.
Both drivers had valid insurance.
