UPDATED: Power outage at East Ridge High School

East Ridge High School experienced a power outage at approximately 2:45 today.

East Ridge High School experienced a power outage at approximately 2:45 Thursday.

School officials said an underground transformer went out. Xcel Energy is working on the outage power was expected to be restored by 4 p.m.

Students were encouraged to follow their normal routine at the end of the day.

A decision on after school and evening activities has not been made at this time.
