Calena Mae Hunt and Jacob Luke Lingle were married Friday, Sept. 25, 2009 at historic St. Boniface Church in Hastings with the Rev. Martin Schwartz officiating. Mike Hinderscheid, uncle of the groom, played guitar and harmonica. The ceremony was followed by a reception at Little Log House Pioneer Village, Hastings.
The bride’s attendants included maid of honor Serena Vruno, sister of the bride; bridesmaids Shalena Pacheco, sister of the bride, and Lacey Puente, sister of the groom; junior bridesmaids Alysia Vruno, the bride’s niece, and Selena Puente, the groom’s niece; and flower girl Christina Pacheco, the bride’s niece.
Best man was Luke Lingle, the groom’s brother; groomsmen were Rondal Clark, brother of the bride, and Dionicio Stolte Puente III, brother-in-law of the groom; the ring bearer was Dionicio Lingle Puente IV, the groom’s nephew; and ushers were Matty Thrope and Mateo Puente, friends of the groom.
Calena is the daughter of Dwight and Judith Clark of Saint Paul. She is a student at Metropolitan State University and works at People Incorporated.
Jacob is the son of Rona and Cathi Lingle of Cottage Grove. He received his associate in applied science degree in graphic design technology from Dakota County Technical College. Jake works as a graphic designer and pressman at Plastic Printers.com.
Calena and Jake live in Cottage Grove.
