Kordosky - Avilés

Julaine Kordosky and Norman Kordell of Woodbury, and Gordon and Susan Kordosky of Gem Lake, Minn. announce the engagement of their son Joseph William to Ana Maria Avilés of Barcelonata, Puerto Rico.

Ana is the daughter of Ana M. Negrón of Florida, Puerto Rico and the late Julio A. Avilés. She is a graduate of San Juan School of Interior Design. Ana is currently employed by SCF Architects and is pursuing a career in interior design.

Joseph is a graduate of White Bear High School and Bemidji State University. He is currently employed as a cartographer with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, working out of Norfolk, Va.

A spring 2010 wedding is planned in San Juan, Puerto Rico with a reception to be held in Minnesota at a later date.
