Woodbury Islamic Society, Woodbury United Methodist Church on the agenda for Monday planning commission

On Monday, July 20 the Woodbury Planning Commission will review a request from the Woodbury Islamic Society for a conditional-use permit to lease a space at the Crossroads Commerce Center located north of Commerce Drive, south of Hudson Road, west of Rivertown Drive and east of the Parkside Development.

Also on the agenda is a request from Woodbury United Methodist Church to subdivide its property at 7584 Steepleview Place into three parcels.

The planning commission will also review a community development staff request to consider a two-acre city-owned parcel of land at the CityWalk development for affordable housing opportunities.

The Woodbury Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. in the city council chambers at Woodbury City Hall.
