PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WOODBURY, MINNESOTA GUARANTEED ENERGY SAVINGS CONTRACT

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, during their regular meeting of July 8, 2009, will be considering awarding a Guaranteed Energy Savings contract, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 471.345 Subd.13(b), to Harris Companies in the amount of $2,362,142. The purpose of the contract is to retrofit the mechanical system at the Bielenberg Sports Center to reduce energy usage and cost.
