Want to get in shape this summer? Woodwinds Health Campus unique boot camp held at a Woodbury city park might help you do just that.
"Woodwinds Ways to Wellness ‘Burn it Up’ Boot Camp" is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. It can help melt fat, burn calories and sculpt muscles — all while having fun.
Woodwinds has partnered with the city of Woodbury Parks and Recreation Department to hold this one-of-a-kind outdoor fitness program at Carver Lake Park in Woodbury.
Experienced certified personal trainers from the hospital, who are also registered dietitians, conduct the twice-weekly, eight-week program.
The next and final summer session begins on Tuesday, July 7 and runs through Thursday, Aug. 27.
There are two sessions, one from 6 to 6:45 am and the other from 7 to 7:45 am, every Tuesday and Thursday. It’s $250 for the eight-week fitness program, which is about $15 a class.
To register, contact the City of Woodbury Parks and Recreation Department at (651) 714-3583.
