Heather Hanson and Kory Mortel

Heather Rose Hanson and Kory Charles Mortel announce their engagement and plan to marry Friday, July 31, 2009 in St. Paul.

Heather, a Woodbury resident, graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stout with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and currently attends graduate school at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls for school psychology. She is employed as a behavior specialist by the North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale School District. She is the daughter of Donald Hanson of Woodbury.

Kory, a resident of Woodbury, graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stout with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is employed by Alliance Bank of St. Paul as a financial analyst. He is the son of Charles and Marsha Mortel of Cottage Grove.
