including alcohol and submit to random testing.

Defendant attend AA/NA meetings once per week for 6 months and provide

verification to supervising officer. Defendant have no same or similar

offenses, be law abiding, and cooperate with all of the standard

conditions of probation; defendant cooperate with the transfer of

supervision to county of residence; defendant remain in Sober House at

direction of supervising probation officer. Defendant receive an updated

chemical dependency evaluation and follow recommendations regarding where

he is to live.

of Community Work Service by 10/1/09. 4) Continue current mental health

programming including taking all prescribed medication at the direction of

the mental health professional unless the mental health professional deems

it unnecessary. 5) Abstain from the use of all mood altering chemicals

including alcohol and submit to testing, specifically hair sample testing

unless the supervising probation officer deems it unnecessary. 6) Have no

same or similar offenses, be law abiding and cooperate with all of the

standard conditions of probation.
