analysis. 5th Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct - 365 days in jail and $3000

fine with 275 days and $3000 stayed concurrent to 2nd Degree Burglary

sentence.

SENTENCE: On the charge of Attempted Murder in the First Degree the

defendant was committed to the Commissioner of Corrections for a period of

153 months. The defendant was also ordered to pay a fine in the amount of

$50.00 plus surcharges to be deducted from prison wages after restitution

payments. The defendant was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount

of $26,767.04 to a victim and $1,725.10 to the Crime Victims Reparations

Board. Restitution is to be deducted from prison wages. Restitution

relating to another victim was left open for 30 days to gain additional

claims. The defendant was ordered to have no direct or indirect contact

with the victims and pursuant to §609.117, the defendant is ordered to

provide a biological specimen for purposes of DNA analysis. On the charge

of Second Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, the defendant was

committed to the Commissioner of Corrections for a period of 36 months

concurrent with Count I. The defendant was ordered to pay a $50.00 fine

plus surcharges to be deducted from prison wages after restitution

payments. The defendant is to have no indirect or direct contact with the

victims and the defendant was ordered to provide a biological specimen for

purposes of DNA analysis pursuant to §609.117
