NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment entered in the above entitled action on February 20, 2009, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me, I, the undersigned Sheriff of Washington County, Minnesota, will sell at public auction, in one parcel, to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of June, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in the main office of the Washington County Sheriff, Stillwater, Minnesota, the real estate described as:
The North 2 rods of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 29, Range 20, lying Easterly of the West 944.0 feet thereof, and West of County Highway No. 21, now Stagecoach Trail, in Washington County, Minnesota, EXCEPT that part thereof vacated by Document Number 3454008, and that part thereof described in Document Number 330321 on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota.

Said sale will be made to satisfy the sum of $3,604,645.09, found and adjudged to be due on said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment dated February 20, 2009, plus interest, costs and disbursements as allowed by law, and subject to redemption by the mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns, within six (6) months from the date of the order confirming the sale.
