Operation Glass Slipper to host dress sale during Woodbury Lions Club Garage Sale

"Operation Glass Slipper," a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free prom gowns and accessories to high school girls in the Twin Cities, will participate in the Woodbury Lions Club Garage Sale to give the public the opportunity to purchase dresses and accessories from its excess inventory.

"Operation Glass Slipper," a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free prom gowns and accessories at no charge to high school girls in the Twin Cities, will participate in the Woodbury Lions Club Garage Sale to give the public the opportunity to purchase dresses and accessories from its excess inventory.

All proceeds will benefit Operation Glass Slipper.

Dresses in various styles, from all-occasion to bridesmaid and mother-of-the bride, will be on sale from $5 to $20. Shoes, jewelry and other accessories will also be sold and all money raised will be used to support Operation Glass Slipper in its mission to outfit local teens with prom attire.

This is a cash only event.

The sale will take place May 8 and 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Dancing Waters, 1246 Waters Pass, Woodbury.
