Interactive health forum

An interactive health forum focused on sports performance will be held Saturday, May 9 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Summit Orthopedics Training Center, 710 Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Woodbury.

Dr. Chad Beiler, chiropractor specializing in sports medicine, will conduct the forum.

Athletes of all ages and experience levels can learn about ways to increase athletic performance, optimize body mechanics, reach fitness goals and prevent sports injuries.

Attendees will receive a gift certificate towards a free therapeutic laser treatment or a metabolic rate analysis with MetaCheck.

The event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
