Summit Orthopedics adds Zeller to staff

Summit Orthopedics, a 33-physician practice headquartered in Woodbury, has announces that Kristen Zeller, M.D., has joined Summit Orthopedics as an interventional pain management specialist.

Zeller is now seeing patients at the practice’s downtown St. Paul Gallery Medical Building.

“Summit Orthopedics is excited to have Dr. Zeller join our staff and provide our patients with expert pain management care,” said Milton J. A Wisconsin native, Zeller earned her undergraduate degree from the Minnesota Institute of Technology and her medical degree from the University of Minnesota. After her residency, she completed a pain management fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla.

Interventional pain management is a specialized area of medicine dedicated to helping those who suffer with chronic and/or acute pain through the use of pain management techniques, such as nerve blocks and steroid injections as well as working with physical therapy and other complementary modalities.
