relating amount. The defendant has previously submitted a biological
specimen for purposes of DNA analysis. On Count II: Misdemeanor DWI: The
Court imposed a $1,000 fine and 90 days in jail with $500 suspended for 2
years and the defendant has credit for 81 days already served. The
