County board accepts gas card donation from King of Kings Lutheran

The Washington County Board of Commissioners accepted a donation from the King of Kings Lutheran Church in Woodbury for $940 in gas cards during the board's March 10 meeting.

The Washington County Board of Commissioners accepted a donation from the King of Kings Lutheran Church in Woodbury for $940 in gas cards during the board's March 10 meeting.

The county’s Community Services Adult Mental Health Unit will use the gas cards for its clients with limited income for a variety of situations. Examples of how the gas cards might be used include attending medical appointments, moving expenses, transportation for grocery shopping and transportation to attend vocational and/or educational opportunities.
