CITY OF WOODBURY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE I-494 CAPACITY EXPANSION (I-94 TO LAKE ROAD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed construction of the I-494 Capacity Expansion (I-94 to Lake Road).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 7:30 P.M. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed I-494 Capacity Expansion (I-94 to Lake Road) improvement.

The cost of said improvement is to be borne solely by the Minnesota Department of Transportation and no lots, tracts, or parcels of land within the City of Woodbury are proposed to be assessed. Written or oral comments in support of or against said project will be considered.
