A quartet with heart

Love was in the air, despite the fact that it was Friday, the 13th, as members of the Croix Chordsmen delivered a singing valentine for a staff member at Woodbury Dental.

The Chordsmen, a mens chorus out of Stillwater, sent out a half dozen quartets across the east metro Friday to serenade more than 70 recipients of the singing valentines.

The group has been performing its singing Valentines Day services for a number of years, said Chordsmen and Woodbury resident Cliff Turnbull.

Members of the quartet that performed at Woodbury Dental Friday are tenor Tom Kurkoski, baritone Warren Wilson, bass Adam Blegen, and Turnbull, lead.
