Mattamy Homes appoints Louis Sorrell as counselor

Mattamy Homes has appointed Louis Alan Sorrell the lead new home counselor for its Heritage Park Town Homes community in Woodbury.

Laura Bailey, vice president of sales and marketing for Mattamy Homes USA, said Sorrell has eight years of experience in new home sales and was ranked among the top five sales agents in the region for three years in a row when he was with MW Johnson Construction in Lakeville.

Prior to entering real estate, Sorrell was a professional singer-dancer who performed throughout the Twin Cities area and was even a backup dancer on one of Prince’s world tours.

Sorrell also attended Minneapolis Community and Technical College for two years.

Mattamy Homes USA builds single-family homes priced from the high $100s in ten communities located throughout the Minneapolis area.

The Canadian-based homebuilder operates U.S. home building divisions in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Jacksonville, Charlotte and Orlando.
