A 20-year-old Hastings man faces a charge of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree following his Dec. 17 arrest at a Hastings residence.
According to the criminal complaint filed in the Dakota County Attorney's office, Adam Michael Peterson was arrested after he was found nude in the shower with a female juvenile, who was younger than 16.
Hastings Police were dispatched to the residence on the report of a possible criminal sexual conduct in progress.
