from the use of all mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, successfully complete "New Choices for Recovery," attend AA weekly for 3 months and have no contact with the victims and their residence, although an apology letter may be submitted through probation; restitution investigation, defendant ordered to pay the amount but can challenge it. On Misdemeanor Trespass, the Court suspended all of the jail and fine on the condition that defendant complete probation successfully on Criminal Damage to Property in the 4th Degree conviction, also no same or similar offenses, remain law abiding.
